What data we process and why
We process personal data only when you send it to us, and only as much as we need to reply.
- Enquiry form: name, phone or email, town, description of the work, date and material. We use them to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- Email, phone or Instagram: if you write to us or call, we process the details you give us in order to reply.
- Technical data: when you visit the website, the hosting service processes technical connection data, such as the IP address, browser type and time of access. It is used to run and secure the website.
The legal basis is taking steps before entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in securing the website and handling enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who we share data with
The website sends form data through the FormSubmit service to our company's email inbox. A copy of the message also goes to the agency MESIAF, which created and technically maintains the website.
The website runs on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. We do not sell data and do not pass it to other recipients unless the law requires it.
Some providers may process data outside the EU and EEA, mainly in the USA. Transfers take place with safeguards under the GDPR, for example standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry. If a contract is made, we keep it for the duration of the contract and then for the limitation periods, usually 3 years. If no contract is made, we delete the data no later than 12 months after the last contact.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitors. The hosting infrastructure may use strictly necessary cookies to secure the website.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Send your request to the email address above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
Providing data is voluntary, but without a name and contact we cannot reply. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
